As of January 2006, the Federal Government have implemented a new incentive program to people interested in solar hot water heating for either residential or commercial applications. This is a 30% Federal tax credit. This program is in effect until December 2007. So if you would more information, call for an estimate. Unfortunately it does not apply for solar pool heating.
